NOTICE – Due to ongoing protocols for Covid-19, certain restrictions remain in place. Customers will only be allowed in the salon with a face mask, otherwise pets must be handed over at the door. Online booking – We are a small independently owned shop which works by appointment only and works around traditional business hours to better serve a variety of customers. In order to do this, we use an online booking system. Our business hours are as follows:

Keep in mind:
To help support social distancing between customers, pets must be dropped off no earlier than 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment time. Pets must also be picked up within 15 minutes of the end of their appointment time (to be determined at drop-off) or result in additional charges.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Arriving 15 minutes or later past the scheduled appointment time will result in rescheduling and a cancellation fee will be added to your next appointment.
No-shows will also result in a $15 charge added to your next appointment. Three or more no-shows or cancellations in a row may result in termination of services. Keep us updated on changes so we can better serve you.
